We have recently completed a geothermal project in West Wales. The project was for 24, 100m boreholes.

The ground conditions on site were Siltstone with Sandstone bands. Drilling progressed quickly and efficiently on the site, our crew completed the boreholes, installed the loops and grouted the holes in 17 days. The crew where drilling 100m in 2 hours.

The crew also had to contend with extreme weather conditions, there was heavy snow and freezing temperatures for most of the time on site. The site was even closed for two days and the project was still completed 2 weeks ahead of the planned time.
