We provided a cable percussive rig for a ground investigation for a proposed Nuclear power station. The boreholes drilling with up to 300mm diameter casing through Gravels and Glacial till with large cobbles and boulders throughout. Boreholes were completed in 200mm diameter for subsequent rotary continuation.
The ground investigation was carried out to nuclear industry HSE and the crew were praised for their professionalism and dedication for both the drilling works and awareness of the site wide working regime.
